Hi,
The previous data did not include any variable to use as continuous variable, nor the datasets contained in mia package (expect one for age which had a lot of missing values). For demonstration, the alcohol study dataset was used from curatedMetagenomicData, which has BMI as a continuous variable (with only 2 missing values out of 702).
