LAN887x Driver and supporting ethtool package

Contents:

1. sources - contains the driver source files and instructions specific to supported kernel version
2. ethtool - contains the tool updates and instructions specific to supported version

The driver is tested with LAN7431 MAC. The LAN7431 mac driver is also provided in the source directory.
