[BUG] WinMM Backwards Compatibility code only supports Group Index 0 #418

The current previews only support Group Index 0 on a UMP device, whether or not the device declares that as a valid group.

This is a known limitation in DP7, so documenting it here.

Final implementation will be based on the Function Blocks (fallback to Group Terminal Blocks) for the device.

In DP8, but really only broadly usable with the Canary build coming in late January / early February.
