MODFLOW models image

This DockerImage runs a Jupyter Notebook with flopy and the MODFLOW models installed ready to use.

Models supported: MODFLOW 6, MODFLOW-2005, MODFLOW-NWT, MODFLOW-USG, MODFLOW-LGR, MODFLOW-2000, MODPATH 6, MODPATH 7, GSFLOW, VS2DT, MT3DMS, MT3D-USGS, SEAWAT, and SUTRA

Using Docker

$ docker run  --rm --name modflow_notebook \ 
  -p 8888:8888 mintproject/modflow_models

Running examples

flopy provides several examples.

$ git clone https://github.com/modflowpy/flopy.git
$ chmod -R 777 flopy/

$ docker run  --rm --name modflow_notebook \ 
  -v $PWD/flopy:/home/jovyan/work \
  -p 8888:8888 mintproject/modflow_models

To open the notebook on your browser, copy the link starting with http://127.0.0.1:8888/
