You need to have the Stylish browser add-on installed in either Chrome or Firefox:
Once the extension is installed go to the Synthwave '84 page and click on Install Style.
While not required, I recommend you install this theme as a userscript. You can find that option on the URL above, scroll down and clicking on Install style as userscript. I recommend this because some of the built-in animations won't work otherwise. Again, not required to enjoy the overall look and feel of the theme!
