After conversation with a TVB user who could not use this tutorial in Jan 2022, I did a small investigation and discovered that the notebook is no longer compatible with tvb-library API, nor is clearly stating what version of TVB are compatible with it.
I also added a small script to guide a user in preparing her env for running this tutorial.
Let me know if this is appropriate and could be merged.
