Actually, this PR is illegal but nice. You can suggest it, but not add it yourself, even in a copy, because the author doesn't accept you to add your own license now (now it is "all right reserved").

Took me a second to understand what that meant...
it's illegal even in the fork, but technically a fork can have a commit message
or something saying "This is just a suggestion"

(not sure if the commit message saying "Just an idea, not yet applied to the code" would be enough...
should be.... but legally... probably not since not contained in the downloaded version.
