After generating .mat time course files, re-running the GC script will default to taking all available .mat files, rather than those specified when re-running (e.g. if I first ran it with 20 subjects, then later specify only for 3 subjects, it runs for all 20 rather than the 3 I specify)

I couldn't understand this actually but if you mean the parameter of the class can’t be changed once we called the instructor you are right! We can create a new instance and also if you think this would be necessary we can change the type of class to handle then with the set function we can update the values of the class instance! @jwalbrin
