[INJI-597] integrate sonar

Push trigger

1. Sonar check is run after both android & ios build is successful for pushes to develop, qa-develop, release**, main
2. In case of any new critical issues found in the current branch, pipeline fails and failure is posted on slack

Internal build

1. Sonar check is run before publishing android & ios builds
2. In case of any new critical issues found, deployment is not done and the failure is posted to slack

Other refactorings

1. Duplicate job buil-android & build-android-beta has been refactored as they were doing the same task
2. Critical issues reg usage of var has been refactored
