Contains utlity tools that are used by our team to debug and investigate any of the data thats in MOSIP. This is a private repo and should remain private.
Every utility should start with its own folder. Each folder should have README.md file describing the utility and how to run the same.
If the utility is private please do not publish the docker or any artifacts.
