Fix command-injection bug in ssh-keyscan calls (#344, #417, mozilla/ssh_scan_api#109) - please note that upon further post-release review, this was not actually an exploitable command injection bug at all, but we still believe the code fix is an overall improvement on how we handle ssh-keyscan call outs.
