The notebook accompanies Cosyne 2017 poster III-44, which is a replication study of Okun et al. 2015 using the Allen Institute's open dataset of GCaMP6f recordings in mouse visual cortex. The notebook will calculate the z-scored population coupling matrix for all cells and all visual stimuli in a single container.

The pairwise_predictions directory does some analysis to see how much of pairwise correlations is capture by population coupling, as in Okun et al. 2012.
