Increased stability for calibration and EEPROM storage

Configuration values are now stored redundantly in EEPROM to avoid potential read errors. Calibration parameters adjusted to desktop App. Values transmitted from desktop App are now checked more rigorously. Smaller debug messages to save on program memory if debugging is switched on.
