Hi, just wondering if there's anything else left on this PR that's preventing it from being merged? I would love to create a new PR to add the newer Elixir version up to 1.11 and OTP upto 22 to Travis testing, but it would be great to see this PR merged in first. If you are still busy, I'm happy to take on the work if you could provide some acceptance criteria. |

I'll have to do some testing before I cut the release and I'd like to merge in another PR with
mix formatin use.
