Release Candidate 6 for the Official Release Version 1.0.0 for the DSWx-HLS PGE.
This release targets the DSWx-HLS SAS CalVal point delivery v0.5.1, and adds support for file name application to the additional browse image GeoTIFF output product (in addition to the existing PNG browse image).
