Release Candidate 7 for the Official Release Version 1.0.0 for the DSWx-HLS PGE.

This release targets the DSWx-HLS SAS CalVal point delivery v0.5.2, and adds support inclusion of the shoreline shapefile ancillary input, as well as validation on all ancillary inputs.
