Release Candidate 1.0 for the R2 OPERA PGEs. This release includes an updated release of the L2_CSLC_S1 PGE to fix a bug related to validation of the Ionosphere ancillary input file and an updated release of the L2_RTC_S1 PGE to fix a bug related to file-renaming for certain polarization settings.
