Initial release w. ViT-VQGAN IMNET1K tokens

This release contains IMNET-1K tokens that are tokenized by ViT-VQGAN tokenizer and token-trained ViT weights.
The IMNET1K-tokens.tar file contains training and validation sets, pre-trained codebook, and the token-synonym dictionary.
The SeiT_weights.tar file contains pre-trained tokenizer weight and token-trained ViT weight.
