Don't commit generated files used for local development.
Add information on running locally for development, including generating test data from yocto-autobuilder-helper.
Adds favicons, language, charset and title declarations according to best practises, also adds missing closing tags.
Explains purpose of entire page, how to read the charts, and how to use the CVE lists for the individual branches.
Also moves the chart out of the section element so it can be displayed at full page width.
Adds a collapsible details section with explanations of each upstream status, moves chart out of section element as before.

Improve dark mode to include charts. Also make line and area charts full width and remove animations.
Also corrects a minor padding issue in details elements.
