config: Install buster by default #29

Thanks for the excellent config script. I used it on a new setup yesterday, but noticed it installed stretch, which is out of support. Here's an update to default to buster (current stable).

This will conflict with the richer support for choosing the target release in #27. I just wanted a safer (and more recent) default.

Previously the config script bootstrapped a debian 9 (stretch)
root filesystem. Stretch went out of support in July 2020,
and even the Long Term Support package subset is not maintained
for mips targets.

Install the current stable release (buster) instead. This is
the current stable release, supported through June 2022.

My goal here is achieved by 9d4ee65 so this can be closed. Thanks for reviewing, @vincele!
