Creative, brainstorming idea here! @AlexicaWright

1. Attempting to make it clear what the features are in the table (but unsure about the tab idea) - I got the table idea from Snowflake docs who link to a feature table from their pricing page. https://docs.snowflake.com/en/user-guide/intro-editions

2. We already have a description of AuraDB and AuraDS in the "overview page" of the Aura docs.
   Do you think we should add this "tiers" as a sub page of overview?
