A simple service to restart another service if the DNS entry changes.

Intended use for this script is restart HAproxy if a DynamicDNS (home router) IP address changes. (Example would be if HAproxy is hosted in the cloud pointing to a home network.)

While this could be optimized by using a systemd timer, this is fine for home use.
