Added "@commitlint/cli": "^19.3.0" and "@commitlint/config-conventional": "^19.2.2" as devDependencies to enforce conventional commit messages and hook for git actions.
Remove unnecessary configurations and update the default formatter setting in the vscode settings file to dbaeumer.vscode-eslint for better code formatting.
