[32c3: Hacking EU funding for a decentralizing project] (https://media.ccc.de/v/32c3-7300-hacking_eu_funding_for_a_decentralizing_foss_project#video) Holger gave a talk at 32c3 which also mentions NEXTLEAP as a decentralizing EU project and encourages the >12K people at the Chaos Communication Conference to consider EU funding. Apart from some h2020 facts he advertised this key approach: find people, get to shared visions, then organize funding. There was a 2h after session with around 20 people and some further discussions among several people about new projects.
