Pull from the Giphy trending endpoint

• Setup account - GIPHY for Developers | API Documentation

Design should look like image attached below:
• Adapts to browser width
• Images in grid
Desktop row of 4 images
Tablet row of 3 images
Mobile row of 2 images
• When user clicks or taps on image, show image full screen
• Only load maximum 24 images at a time
