Add page to explain the benefits of prototyping in code #50

I think the content should be written, however it may actually be best in the service manual? It could be that we write this with an expectation that it moves, but if the Service Manual and Standard had any guidance about why this is important it could be a really useful lever. One that needs to be sense checked with the Service Manual team anyway |
Good point and worth checking with the team. I think it’d be ok for it to be part of the Prototype Kit website for now (and contain some content specific to it), and be linked to from service manual. But it could move in future. This GOVUK page is a good inspiration: https://prototype-kit.service.gov.uk/docs/prototyping |
… a page that I did not know about until today! 🙈 (I now realise it's way down the home page of the GOV.UK prototype kit). So that may at least mean thinking about how it's found in wherever it ends up living. I did know about this one https://www.gov.uk/service-manual/design/making-prototypes#when-to-use-prototypes |
Another reference is how DfE mentions this in their design manual https://design.education.gov.uk/design-system/prototype-kit |

Think it might be nice to have a page which outlines some of the benefits of prototyping in code with the NHS prototype kit (as well as some of the downsides).
