The meeting of Group 4 was held on 02 October 2023 at the Concordia Webster Library. The meeting lasted 2 hours and focused on project kick-off, discussing the technology stack, and initial setup activities for the upcoming Sprint-1 tasks.
- The team conducted a project kick-off session, introducing the ICDE-JobHive project to all members and providing an overview of the objectives and expectations.
- The Use case diagram, and technology stack to build the ICDE-JobHive web application was discussed, and the overall architectural framework was decided.
- After evaluating the technology stack, the team optimized the framework, considering factors such as compatibility, performance, and availability of resources.
- The identified tasks for Sprint-1 were discussed, including creating the README.md file, describing the problem statement, updating the team members' information in a table, defining the use cases, and use case diagram and documenting the technology stack.
- Additionally, the creation of user stories, task creation, and the establishment of an Epic and feature structure were discussed.
- The team agreed to create a Wiki page to centralize project documentation and knowledge sharing.
- The team decided to have Sprint planning, standups and retrospective meetings for every sprint throughout the course of project development.
