This means we can chunk the calculation and remove intermediate netCDF files after their sample has been aggregated, saving disk space.

Chunk storms by 'samples'. For a given country and GCM, drop per-storm netCDF outputs after each sample is complete. This should significantly reduce disk usage. Combine the per-sample figures for country-GCM totals of exposure and disruption.
