Neopixel clock using a 12 neopixel ring and a Flora and a temperature corrected RTC

Flora neopixel is used as debugging output in the case of error

Flora outputs @ 3.3V so neopixels must be tied to VBat and when using a lipo to power it it must be boosted to 5V.
