tfm: Propagate nRF54L15 approtect settings

Allow nRF54L15 approtect settings to be set through TF-M.

This is needed for nrfconnect/sdk-zephyr#2162 to propagate the nRF54L15 settings correctly.

@nika-nordic: The configuration names should be unified in MDK in the coming releases.
