Feat: emit labels over automation connection
It clashes with the NRK 2-step dockerfile setup
As the dependency was never installed as a real dependency it breaks when installed with only production dependencies. Since node 12 the module is not required anyway.
Divided workflow into production and development. Development is only triggered on the develop branch.
