Today I needed to do this to get the UWP test runner to build. Looking in to it, it seems to be a required change between Xamarin Forms 1.X and 2.X - which I did in #71, although I'm not sure how I managed to miss this. Sorry!

Finally won the battle against my Android emulator! This updates Xamarin.Forms, NUnit, UWP and Android versions. Fixes #51 and fixes #65.
The new Xamarin forms added a number of other Android references, I left them in as default.
