Adds contract source files & aliases for language server. This is a stopgap until contract dependency manager replaces this.

Hey @nvdtf, I've removed the --contracts flag from the readme. It wasn't doing anything wrong, but it also wasn't necessary/providing anything so I just removed it 🤷 , it's kind of subjective. This should be good for review now, the rest of the commands seem to work.
