This flag will: - both enforce both kubernetes_namespace_name & k8s_namespace_name to be passed in matcher - queries that specify both selectors will fail with BadRequest - matcher will opa-openshift will only return the matcher that was used in the query or default to kubernetes_namespace_name since it's the older
