This PR removes
SortedHelixWrapperand adds support for changing the token used byHelixWrapper.The sorted version of HelixWrapper was introduced because I could not decide whether to keep all endpoints in one type or split them across their categories. I did not take into consideration how it would pretty much multiply the amount of work needed to add any new endpoint, and so I now choose to remove it
