Frequently Asked Questions
First: Check if you have LogMeIn Hamachi (or certain other VPN software such as Tiger VPN) installed. These programs can causes issues with our networking sometimes, and you may need to toggle it on/off briefly to make it play nice.
If that doesn't work, or you're not sure if this applies to you, Type "view network connections" in the Windows search and click the option of that name, then in the window that opens look for any connection that is not related to a hardware device (i.e. NOT Ethernet, Wifi, Bluetooth), if there are any, right-click them and select "Disable". If you found any devices to disable, try starting OCTGN again. (in most cases, these entries can be enabled again without issue after this)
Second: Make sure your antivirus isn't blocking OCTGN from starting, you may need to toggle it on/off temporarily to start OCTGN.
Still not working? see I don't see my question here! for instructions on getting more help.
Games generally do not include any card images. You'll need to locate and install an image pack to see the images.
Try clicking the "Game Site" button for the game in the Games Manager (label #1) to be linked to more information about that game.
To install a downloaded image pack, click the "Add Image Packs" button (label #2) and select any downloaded o8c files.

If you're having issues with the software, check the answers to OCTGN Crashes when I start! for some common fixes.
OCTGN only currently supports Windows 10 (not running in "S mode"), Windows 8.1, and the final release of Windows 7.
The most effective way to run OCTGN on Mac or Linux is to install a Virtual Machine (VM) running one of these versions of Windows.
Alternately, some users have managed to use WINE to run OCTGN on these systems, and have described their processes here: OCTGN on non-windows systems. (We can offer little to no support for this, and and offer these guides from the community only to give you the best chance of succeeding)
There is a program called "Log Exporter" in OCTGN's start menu folder, run this program to produce a .zip log file.
