If you are new to GTA Coop this should give you some information on getting started.
The menu is the main interface for the GTA Coop mod, here you can connect to servers or change your settings. To open the menu press F9
ingame, this will open the menu in the upper left corner.
The server browser is a list of public servers on the master server. You can open the server browser by selecting it in the menu.
There is also a LAN server browser under the LAN option in the menu, this will display all servers in your network.
To connect to a server manually you can enter the IP address, port and password in the menu, after you can click Connect to connect to the server.
The Show Network Info option under settings adds the the current download, upload and ping to your screen.

Make sure you followed the installation instructions carefully and you did not forgot to install any requirement.
This is a message from the Menyoo mod, it conflicts with the F9
keybind. Either change the Menyoo keybind or the GTA Coop keybind in clientSettings.xml
.
The number of servers listed is the actual number of online servers listed, the server you see in the browser are only the servers you can actually reach. If you see no server at all that might indicate a network issue.
The two mods can be installed and used simultaneously, however GTA Coop does not sync callouts or similar. You will be able to see your friend and peds they interact with, but you will not be able to interact with their peds.
NOTE: This question is from 2018, and has been fixed ever since. If you still encounter this you might be running an older version and should update your client. Newer version already default to the right master server and do no longer crash when the master server is offline.
You are using the wrong master server, to fix this go into client settings and change the master server to https://master.gtacoop.com
.
