Added commands that cause files to be deleted from storage using yproxy.
yezzey_collect_obsolete_chunks
Lists the files stored in the repository. Adds it to the table and marks it with the current lsn if it was not added earlier
yezzey_delete_obsolete_chunks
Delete files from the table and from the storage if the lsn is less than the minimum backup lsn
