* Create export_tag_data_from_course.rst

Adding a draft of How to: Export tag data from a course to the educator how-tos. I will need to add an image.

* Update export_tag_data_from_course.rst

Updated the Header of this file from Header 1 to a descriptive title

* Add image files for export tag data how-to

* Add images to export_tag_data_from_course.rst

* Add images to Create_flat_taxonomy_by_uploading_CSV.rst

* Add export_tag_data_from_course.rst to the content tagging how-tos

* Delete source/educators/how-tos/export_tag_data_from_course.rst

Moving this how-to from educator how-tos. Added it to content tagging how-tos.

* Update index.rst to add export how-to

#. Below that, enter the new tags that you want to create in the “value” column, and give each tag an ID in the “id” column. The “id” for each tag is required, but mostly relevant when you are aligning your taxonomy with some external system that uses IDs for each tag. If you don’t have that use case, just enter the same text for the id as for the value.

#. Save the spreadsheet using the default format, in case you want to edit it later.

Export a CSV file that reports on which tags have been added to which parts of the course.

#. From the Tools dropdown, select “Export Tags”.
