[Android] Discover and Program screens are displayed on the left on the tablet. #245

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open app
  2. Tap on the "Explore all courses" (Rotate device to landscape and portrait orientation)
  3. Tap on "Sign in"
  4. Enter correct data for sign in
  5. Tap on the Discover tab (Rotate device to landscape and portrait orientation)
  6. Tap on the Program tab (Rotate device to landscape and portrait orientation)

Result: Discover, Program and Explore all courses screens are displayed on the left on the tablet.

Expected result: Discover, Program and Explore all courses screens are displayed in the middle on the tablet.
