I initially reported this issue in course authoring here openedx/frontend-app-authoring#1370, but I'm not 100% sure if it's an issue with the MFE. So I'll dig deeper to locate the root cause. Thank you!

@mariajgrimaldi I have checked this, and signatures ares shown in the certificated page, but not in the previsualization. This is how is its supposed to work if you don't modofy the template.
I'll close this ticket

@AntonellaPerrupato: According to this issue, #364, this was a bug. Can you quote where the docs say that's the usual behavior? Then we can share it there and close it as well. Thank you!
