This probably should be WebMercatorQuad in the guide, not WorldMercatorWGS84Quad?

Thanks, will update - I get confused by the options and didn't double check, and this I think was the default in the spec?

This is the start of a guide to explain to potential implementors how to get started, without having to get deep into the details of OGC API and conformance.
It needs a good bit of feedback, as a few things weren't clear to me. And has a number of pieces to flesh out more. But hopefully it can spur discussion.
Edits on the branch are welcome if any of the maintainers want to help advance it.
