Meta info storage and handling (houseprint)

Current situation

The meta-information of each household, referred to as houseprint (as a fingerprint) is currently collected through a google form and stored in a google spreadsheet. We have a first basic API in Python to extract information from this google spreadsheet.

This implemlentation of the houseprint is preliminary. Other options are listed below.
