fix: hireling messages and products

This fix make a aditional talks to hirelings and fix some products.

Missing content in hirelings:

a) Back to lamp in right click like rl tibia.
b) Option to choose outfit like a normal character with ctrl + right click.
c) Only one hireling in house (if have more than one) answer (closest player)

Aditional issues:
When have a hireling near a normal NPC, both answer a hi message.

@Mirkaanks Did you make the change I mentioned in gha? the pull request is blocked until all checks pass, it is only possible to merge after enable the action.
