basic catalog template now has its own schema instead of being just a specifically abbreviated general FBC, so the existing formulary is insufficient to treat with it.
solves #334
this PR also changes the page formatting to more consistently flow examples as FBC...basic...semver...
Also dealing with a dead GOOS/GOARCH doc link in unrelated pages.
... and the usual flakiness when we attempt to lint a bunch of links at the same time.
