AspDotNetWrapper.exe --keypath MachineKeys.txt --encrypteddata <viewstate> --decrypt --purpose=viewstate  --modifier=<__VIEWSTATEGENERATOR> --macdecode

replace the <viewstate> to viewstate= parameter value in the source replace the <__VIEWSTATEGENERATOR> to __VIEWSTATEGENERATOR= parameter value in the source
