Updated resubmit script
Triggered hadded after process files to remove duplicates (which in turn reduces the size of output file). This is related to the issue. NanoAOD-tools output file is polluted with deleted TTrees (and can 5x inflate the size) cms-nanoAOD/nanoAOD-tools#249
