Improve ceph deployment documentation a bit.
I'm not quite sure whether adding the tabs for configuring the OSDs makes sense from the user's point of view.
Maybe we should look at this on a staging system or revert if this is not beneficial.
The adjustments are related, so if it makes the review clearer, I can split it into two PRs.
