First raised by Pablo, in #1563 (comment).

Bug on Chart animation: Sometimes the first frame of a line chart animation becomes a bar chart (even though "Show single year" is deactivated).

Plausible solution: Check (i) if the chart is of type LineChart, and (ii) if tab selected is chart. If both conditions are met, skip first frame.
