- Update Ember and Eurostat energy prices data.
- Added other Eurostat datasets with producer and consumer prices
- Deflated all prices for inflation.
- TODO: Update metadata to reflect changes in wholesale prices.
- TODO: Note that PPI lags one year behind. Should we keep "current euros" as well, to be able to have more recent data?
